Night Sounds

Ya know, I’m enjoying hearing the abundance of crickets and frogs singing outside. It’s nice enough to let some air into my room tonight. Aaaaaaah. Fan blowing on me, windows open, a little music playing while I try to convince my stupid brain that I’m not writing anymore because it’s a waste of my time and energy and it can kindly quit doing this so I can go to sleep:

Brain: “But… but… I have this awesome idea for a story! It goes like this…

Me: Shut up! LALALALALALALALALALA! I DO NOT HEAR YOU! IF IT’S NOT ART I DON’T WANNA HEAR IT! LALALALALALALALALA!
